PROGRAM SERVICES: Behavioral Health and Family provides a variety of services that are designed to assist individuals over the age of 18 to support their recovery. We strive to ensure that every client receives quality care from experienced staff by employing licensed and/or registered professionals who provide services according to established standards of practice and evidence-based treatment. Our treatment process includes an intake assessment, person-centered planning (PCP), case management and service coordination, substance abuse treatment, individual and group mental health counseling/therapy, and nurse practitioner services. Based upon need a participant may utilize one or all of these services. We use a strengths-based approach to help people in their recovery; this approach to working with clients is called person-centered planning (PCP). PCP is a process (involving families, friends, and other persons identified by the client) for treatment planning and supporting clients. The PCP process is centered on honoring client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. This process is used to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and is used to promote community inclusion and participation; independence; and productivity. Specific services provided include: Case Management and Service Coordination, Drug and Alcohol Treatment (IOP or OP), Mental Health Counseling, Life Skills Classes or Psychoeducational Groups, Nurse Practitioner Services.
